Basic plan: Purchasing agent service

We handle everything from purchasing to arranging delivery to our customers.

(This includes inquiries to shops.)

Forwarding service: Order online yourself

You can place your order online and arrange for us to deliver it to you.

Once your package arrives, we will forward it to you.

Go to the store and buy

Added to the basic plan If you can't get it online, we will go to the store to purchase it.

(※Only available at stores in the Sao Paulo area of Brazil)

Check stock availability at stores

Brazilian online sites often do not accurately reflect inventory status like Japanese sites do.

If it says "In stock" but it's not actually in stock,

In fact, there may be cases where the item is in stock. We will call the store to confirm the exact stock status.

Taking photos of the products you receive

Simple inspection (to check that the color, size, etc. are correct) is included in the basic plan.

I will take a photo of the product when it arrives and send it to you.
Approximately 3 to 5 photos. We can take any shot you want.

Gift wrapping service

We will wrap it and send it to you.

However, since the package is shipped from overseas, there is a possibility that it may be opened and the seal removed at customs.

In that case, we ask for your understanding.

Shipping to third parties

When shipping to someone other than the original sender for resale, gifts, etc.
(It is also possible to remove the price tag and enclose a special delivery note, etc.)

Packaging materials and boxes *If you would like new packaging materials

Basically just transfer it as is.
If repackaging is necessary, we reuse previously used boxes and packing materials.

Storage fee

We will store your item for free for up to two weeks.
After that, it will cost 500 yen per item per week.

Multi-shop shopping

The basic fee is limited to orders from one store.
Additional charges will apply for orders from multiple shops.
An additional 1,000 yen will be charged for the second store and an additional 800 yen for the third store.
However, if you order multiple items from one store, you will only be charged the basic fee even if the delivery date is delayed due to stock shortages, etc.

Consolidating your luggage

We will reduce the weight of your purchased items before shipping them to you.

The packages will be shipped together.

Multi-point transfer

An additional 500 yen will be charged for each additional item.

Export procedures required for all shipments

When shipping from Brazil, you will need to have official export documentation prepared and submitted by a professional.
