ブラジルのオンラインサイトは日本のように在庫状況が正確に 反映されていない場合も多いです。
「在庫あり」となっているが、実際はない場合、 「在庫なし」となっているが
実際はある場合などがあります。 店舗に電話で確認して、確実な在庫状況をお調べいたします。

届いた商品の写真撮影
簡易的な検品（色・サイズなどが間違って届いていないか）は基本プランに含まれておりますが、
届いた商品の写真を撮ってお送りします。
3〜5枚程度。ご希望に沿ったショットで撮影可能です。

ラッピングサービス
当方でラッピングして、お送りいたします。
ただし、海外からの発送になるので、税関などで開けられ、 剥がされてしまう場合もあります。

梱包材、箱代※新品の梱包材をご希望の場合
基本的にはそのまま転送いたしますが、ブラジルでは袋で届くことも多いです。
その場合はこちらで別途商品サイズに合う箱をご準備します。
※再梱包が必要な場合も箱や梱包材は使用済みのものを再利用することがあります。

保管料
2週間までは無料で保管しますが、それ以降は 1週間ごとに 500円/点ずつかかります。

複数ショップのお買い物
基本料金は 1店舗からの注文に限ります。複数ショップからのご注文には追加料金が加算されます。
2店舗目は 1000円加算、3店舗目は 800円加算。
ただし1店舗から複数商品を注文された場合は、在庫切れなどで納品時期がずれる場合でも基本料金
のみです。

複数のショップからご購入された荷物を、ひとつにまとめて発送します。

オーバーサイズ
荷物の大きさが3辺合計で100cmを超える場合、5キロを超える場合、基本料金に加算

2品目以降は 500円ずつ加算させていただきます

ブラジルから荷物を発送する場合、専門家による正式な輸出書類の作成・提出が必要になります。

Payment method
What are the payment methods?

Payment will be made through PayPal.
Since the invoice is sent through PayPal, you can settle as a one-time Guest even if you do not have an account on PayPal.
4.4% will be added as a PayPal transfer fee.
* Every transfer fee will be borne by the customer.

About taxes
About declaration of value.
We will send and declare in the post office the price defined by the customer.
(The responsibility is yours with possible customs duties and taxes)
If you want to make a formal import, we can also assist in the process.
About insurance
Normally, insurance for loss or damage is not included, so if you need insurance, you will be charged separately.
For DHL: 23US$ or 1.2% of the declared amount, whichever is higher
